Flowers and Gifts
What do you mean by Petite, Deluxe, and Premium sizes?
For most of our flower arrangements, we offer three different sizes: Petite, Deluxe, and Premium. The number of flowers used in each arrangement depends on the size of the arrangement you pick. Pictures used for product illustrations are taken with a deluxe-sized flower arrangement.
What Add-On Gifts do you have and how do I order them?

Does Goodwood Florist offer floral arrangements for weddings and events?

What if I don’t receive a confirmation email for my order?
A confirmation email with your order details will be sent to your email, as soon as your order is completed. If you do not see it in your inbox, not to worry, it might have just gone to your trash or spam folder. However, in the event that you don't hear from us at all, it could be due to heavy web traffic or overwhelming seasonal orders. Please call us at (65) 62552266 if you have any questions regarding the status of your order. If you were given a Sales Order ID, please quote it during the call.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, and PayPal. All transactions made on our site are secure and charged in Singapore Dollars inclusive of prevailing government tax.
What is your delivery timing?
We have 3 delivery time slots on most days and 2 on Sundays. Morning from 9 am - 1pm, afternoon from 2 pm to 530pm and evening from 7 pm to 10 pm. Our delivery is conscientiously organized in an optimized way to deliver to your recipients in record time. They can therefore appear both at the beginning and at the end of a time slot.
Can I choose to collect my order that was placed online?
Of course! For all self-collection orders, the collection point would be at our Goodwood Florist outlet (565 Thomson Road, Singapore 298184). Please collect your order on the date chosen during your check out process and during our opening hours. During peak occasions like Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, please collect your order on the date chosen during your check out process and before 9 pm. If you would like to collect your order earlier than your chosen date, give us a call at (65) 62552266 and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.
Do you ship to more than 1 recipient or address?
Yes, we do. Just click the “Delivery to Different Location” pop-up button after checking out at the shopping cart.
How promptly can you deliver my flowers and gift to a Singapore address?
We can deliver it within the same day, provided that the order is made before 5 pm. The earliest delivery date and time can be found on the individual product’s page.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes, we do, and at no extra charge! We deliver everywhere in Singapore 7 Days A Week.
When are your peak periods?
Our peak periods are Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. During these periods, there will either be one (9 am to 6 pm) or two (9 am to 6 pm or 7 pm to 11 pm) delivery time slots - depending on the occasion.
How much do you charge for delivery or what are your delivery fee charges?
The normal delivery fee is $7.49 (w/gst) for within Singapore excluding remote and restricted locations.
Restricted delivery locations are such as airport cargo complexes, airlines roads and vicinity, military camps and complexes, prisons, shipyards, Jurong Island, and Seletar Aerospace. An additional delivery fee of $21.40 (w/gst) is applicable on top of the normal delivery fee.
Remote delivery locations are such as Sentosa Island, crematoriums, Marina Coastal Drive and vicinity, turf clubs, Changi Loyang, and coastal vicinity. An additional delivery fee of $10.70 (w/gst) is applicable on top of the normal delivery fee.
During seasonal and peak periods, the normal delivery fee will be subjected to an increase of an additional of $3 to $5 (w/gst). There will be additional charges for express delivery and subject to availability. Promotions and Vouchers
Can I use more than one promo code per transaction?
Only one promo code can be used per transaction.
How do I use my promo code or gift card?
When at the “Shopping Cart” page, insert the code given to you at the “Promo Code / Gift Card” Box and click the “Apply” button. The discount should be reflected accordingly to your total amount.
Why is this promo code not working for me?
All promo codes have an expiry date and differing terms. Please note that would need to log into your account and/or spend a minimum amount in order to enjoy the promo code.
