The purpose of this consent to my personal data being used by Goodwood Florist (GW) that is collected during registration.
Collection of Personal Data
The term “Personal Data”, refers to any data about me and which identifies me. This includes, but not limited to my name, address, contact number, credit card details, gender, etc.
The personal data is collected when sending a gift or sign up as a member online, place an order over the phone, through the filling of physical forms at our retail stores or when participating in contests hosted GW or in collaboration with their partners.
Consent
By clicking consent, I hereby authorise, agree and consent to allow GW to :
1. To collect, use, and/or process personal data about me.
- To provide services necessary to fulfil my order.
- To share news on our products, marketing materials and notify me of changes in GW service or product offerings.
- To offer rewards and promotions.
- To respond to my requests or inquiries.
- To improve GW services to me.
- To perform market research for the purpose of improving GW marketing initiatives, product development and customer service.
- To maintain general record and book-keeping.
2. Disclose personal data to GW’s third party service providers and agents (“Representatives”) that are engaged by GW to perform certain functions in connection with the Purposes, so long as disclosure is necessary to enable such Representatives to perform the business functions.
Some of the examples of third party services that GW engaged (but not limited to):
- Data Custodian of GW who is assisting to process the orders.
- Drivers performing deliveries of my gifts.
- Cloud Providers whom GW engages to store all business information.
The Representatives may be located within or outside Singapore. In this regard, I hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that the said Representatives may, to the extent necessary to perform the said functions, collect, use, disclose and/or process my personal data.
3. Disclose my personal data during the delivery of the goods. When delivering goods, the recipient might not be at the designated location and instructions given to the drivers might be to leave the gift at the doorstep. The gift might contain cards that state my personal information.
